How to report an error
JapaDeco wants travel guidance to remain accurate and useful. If you find an outdated fare, changed rule, broken official link, incorrect route, misleading comparison, or another factual problem, email contact@japadeco.com. Please include the JapaDeco page URL, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and—if available—the official or primary source showing the current information.
How we review corrections
Material corrections are checked against the source responsible for the information. For transport, that may be the operator; for an official procedure, the relevant government body; for a commercial service, the provider’s current terms or documentation. We do not change a factual statement solely because a different third-party article says something else.
What happens after verification
If an error could change a travel decision, we update the affected article and any closely related guidance that relies on the same fact. Minor spelling, formatting or clarity fixes may be made without a formal note. Significant changes are handled as editorial updates rather than hidden attempts to preserve an outdated conclusion.
What this policy does not promise
Travel information changes continuously, so no static publication can guarantee that every price, timetable or operating detail remains current at every moment. Our responsibility is to use appropriate sources, correct verified errors, and show readers where time-sensitive details should be checked again.
